Fruits and Nuts
Our products are effective with any type of fruit or nut; increasing yield, stand strength, and support against various diseases. Many university studies and independent field tests have been conducted proving the benefit of adding our product to your present fertilizer program. In these research studies, any fruit that was researched had positive results. More research is being conducted on other varieties of fruits with results expected to be the same. Please see the research section if you are interested in what has been done. Below is an outline of general recommended guidelines when using our three products.
SeaCide: Adequate coverage of plant leaves is necessary to provide disease and insect control. SeaCide prevents fungal attack on plant tissue and direct contact activity to insect pressures on the plant. Apply until plant runoff for maximum benefit.
For best mixing performance, do not mix SeaCide with water colder than 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Add sufficient water to the mixing tank before adding SeaCide to allow proper agitation. Add SeaCide when the tank is 1/2 to 3/4 full filling the remainder with water to form a milky appearing solution. For optimum results, keep constant agitation until the solution is used. For application in small equipment without agitation, stir or shake the solution frequently while applying. Care should be exercised in application timing to early moring or late evening to minimize potential for leaf burn and evaporation.
Citrus General Application:
For control of greasy spot, apply SeaCide at a 1-2% solution in combination with copper @ 2 lbs active ingredient per acre as a preventative spray tank mixture.
For control of mites on citrus use SeaCide at a 1-2% spray mixture per acre. For low volume application, apply 0.5 gallons of SeaCide with a minimum of 5 gallons of water per acre.
Small Fruits, Berries and Miscellaneous Crops:
Fungicide Use: Apply SeaCide at a rate of 1% solution per acre. Repeat application every 7-14 days. For low volumes apply 1 quart of SeaCide in a minimum of 5 gallons of water.
Insecticide Use: Apply SeaCide at first sign of pest damage at a 0.5-1% solution in sufficient water to ensure thorough coverage of plant and leaf surface. Repeat application as needed for adequate control every 7-14 days. Larger more mature crops will need higher amounts of water to ensure complete coverage.
Stone, Pome, Tropical Fruits and Nuts
